We are looking for a capable Admin/HR professional to manage administrative tasks and human resources responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR, strong organizational skills, and experience in maintaining a smooth work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to management.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Coordinate staff training, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing any concerns to maintain a positive workplace.
  • Maintain attendance records, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in policy implementation and compliance with HR regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in administration or HR roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
