Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to manage project billing, quantity estimations, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in construction billing, quantity surveying, and project costing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and manage project bills, including client and subcontractor billing.
- Measure and quantify materials, labor, and resources needed for project completion.
- Review project budgets and track costs to ensure alignment with financial projections.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and detailed billing reports for project review.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and accounting teams for timely billing submissions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of billing, payment schedules, and project finances.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and address any billing-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all billing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in billing or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing software.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, quantity estimation, and project cost management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in financial documentation.
