Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team in Amritsar. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) and a solid understanding of construction principles. In this role, you will assist in on-site project supervision, quality control, and support the planning and execution phases of various construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure all tasks meet quality and safety standards.
- Supervise on-site activities to maintain project timelines and reduce potential delays.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and quality control records.
- Help manage resources, materials, and equipment needed on-site.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during project activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech), preferably in Civil or Construction Engineering.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction or a related field (fresh graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
