Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of construction processes. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all project aspects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring completion within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor progress and performance, addressing any issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare regular financial and progress reports.
- Oversee safety and compliance on-site, ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of project output.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a successful track record.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
