Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control financial aspects of on-site operations.
- Manage project-specific budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.
- Conduct audits and ensure adherence to accounting principles.
- Analyze financial data to optimize resource allocation and cost-efficiency.
- Liaise with head office on financial reporting and project status updates.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification required.
- 3+ years of experience in construction accounting or project-based finance.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software, preferably with experience in on-site financial management.
