Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction supervision, ensuring project activities align with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and manage on-site labor, materials, and equipment for efficient workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and team members to address any changes or challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of daily progress, site logs, and safety reports.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and address any violations or hazards immediately.
- Assist in quality control measures and ensure that all work meets the required standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in civil engineering or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction supervision or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and construction management software is an advantage.
