The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of construction processes. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all project aspects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring completion within scope, on time, and within budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor progress and performance, addressing any issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare regular financial and progress reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee safety and compliance on-site, ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of project output.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; a Master\u2019s degree is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a successful track record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PMP or similar certification is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why Join GKCPL Pvt.
