The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction materials, cost estimation, and quality standards to ensure project budgets and standards are maintained effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct cost analysis and estimation for ongoing and upcoming projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain accurate financial records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all construction materials and practices meet quality standards and project specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform regular inspections on materials and work completed to verify adherence to quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities for cost control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective resource management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct risk assessments and recommend adjustments to reduce project costs without compromising quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity or Quality Surveyor in the construction industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why Join GKCPL Pvt.
